What Happens After You Send a Request

  • We call you to confirm. A member of our team reviews your request and calls you to set a day and time.
  • Office hours. We’re open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and closed Friday through Sunday.
  • New patients. You can complete your patient forms before your visit to save time at check-in.
