I am a dentist with over 30 years of experience proudly serving patients in Fort Myers, Florida. Throughout my career, my focus has always been on providing high-quality, compassionate dental care while building long-lasting relationships with my patients. I believe that great dentistry starts with trust, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to each person’s comfort and health.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors—especially fishing and staying active through various outdoor sports. Music is another passion of mine, and I believe it plays an important role in creating a relaxed, positive environment both in life and in the dental chair.
After three decades in dentistry, I continue to value ongoing learning and modern techniques while never losing sight of the personal connection that makes patient care truly meaningful. My goal is to help every patient feel confident in their smile and comfortable in my care.

Cindy has been helping patients in the dental field for 30 years. She truly cares for people and is always striking up a conversation and making our patients feel like family. She will help coordinate your treatment, explain costs and help you maximize your dental benefits. She enjoys learning different languages and travelling. When she’s not in the office, she volunteers her time teaching Bible lessons and helping provide hope in her community. You also might find her on the beach, photographing the waves. She loves strong coffee, cooking Italian meals and getting together with friends.
Marie has been a dedicated dental hygienist since 1987, when she graduated from Santa Fe State College in Gainesville, FL. She has proudly served dental patients in SW FL since 1991, joining Northpointe Dental Center in 2017. Marie is passionate about providing exceptional hygiene care, focusing not only on the teeth, but also on the health of the gums and supporting bone. She takes her time with each patient, ensuring thorough, comfortable and personalized care. She is especially proud of Northpointe’s non-surgical periodontal therapy program, which includes advanced laser technology. The laser helps kill bacteria deep within periodontal pockets and promotes faster, painless healing- a treatment that truly sets our office apart from the rest. Marie appreciates working alongside Dr Pfent, whose detail-oriented approach aligns perfectly with her own thorough and meticulous care standards. Together they are committed to delivering high quality, comprehensive dental care. Outside the office, Marie enjoys weightlifting and golfing, bringing the same energy and dedication to her personal life as she does to her patients.
Originally from Iowa, Winter attended Hawkeye Community College in Waterloo, where she earned her Certified Dental Assisting Certificate in dentistry. She later moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado, and obtained her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting Certificate from Pikes Peak Community College. After a 22-year career in the dental field, Winter relocated in 2020 from Colorado to Lake of the Ozarks with her husband, Ryan, and their fur babies. While living in Missouri, she launched her own cleaning business and worked in real estate sales, embracing the “lake life” for five years. In 2025, Winter and Ryan made Cape Coral, Florida their new home. After the move, she found herself returning to dental assisting, rediscovering how much she enjoys caring for patients and being part of their health journey. Outside of work, Winter enjoys staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She values time spent with family and friends and loves making the most of life in sunny Florida.
In 2008, Maritzabel proudly earned her Associates Degree in Puerto Rico, laying the foundation for a dental career built on dedication and heartfelt service. She obtained Dental Assisting Certification with extended functions in both NY and FL. She takes pride in delivering excellence from beginning to end, ensuring that every procedure is handled with precision, kindness and compassion. Maritzabel is known for her warm personality as she strives to be fun, polite and always positive. Her smile is one of her greatest tools, as she will make your experience here a welcoming one, while delivering excellence and brightening your day.
