Your Trusted Dental Home in North Fort Myers

We understand that your first visit to the dentist can feel overwhelming, and we take every step to create a comfortable, welcoming, and well-organized environment for all new patients.

Our team prepares you for your first appointment by clearly outlining the full range of services we offer and giving you the option to complete your new patient forms before you arrive. This helps streamline your visit and allows us to focus on what matters most—your care.

During your appointment, we perform a thorough yet efficient assessment of your oral health, gathering all necessary information to ensure your doctor has a complete understanding of your needs. By the time you meet with the dentist, everything is ready for a focused, meaningful conversation about your treatment options, questions, and goals—without unnecessary waiting or stress.

Before Your First Visit

How to Prepare for Your First Appointment

We’re welcoming new patients from North Fort Myers, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and nearby communities. Here’s what helps your first visit go smoothly, from the first phone call to your exam.

Call (239) 997-9949 or request an appointment to schedule your first visit.

Want to hear from other patients first? Read our reviews on Google.

Request Your Appointment

Call our office at (239) 997-9949, or send a request through our online appointment form. A member of our team will call you to confirm a day and time that works for you.

Have Your Information Ready

The registration form asks for your contact details, your dental insurance information if you have coverage, your dental and health history, your current medications and allergies, and an emergency contact. Gathering these before you start makes the form quicker to finish.

What Happens at Your First Visit

Your visit starts with a conversation about your concerns and goals. Next comes an exam, with X-rays or other images only if Dr. Pfent decides they’re needed. We explain what we find and talk through your options before any treatment begins.

Paying for Your Care

If you have coverage, you’ll enter your dental insurance company and group number on the registration form. We accept CareCredit. If you have a question about payment or coverage, call our office before your visit.
